Delete your account
You can do this yourself, in the app, in about ten seconds. Nothing is gated behind a support request and there is no retention flow to sit through.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Tap Account & Privacy.
- Tap Export My Data first if you want to keep anything — it saves one JSON file containing every record on the account.
- Tap Delete My Account, type your email address to confirm, and confirm.
This is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards. Export first if you want to keep any of it.
What is deleted
All of it, at once:
- The account itself and its sign-in credentials.
- Your profile — name, timezone, and any sex, height or date of birth you entered.
- Every goal, weigh-in and body measurement.
- Every logged day: meals, food entries and their nutrition.
- Custom foods, recipes and saved meals you created.
- Every workout and set.
- Reminder settings, the record of reminders sent, and every registered device token.
- Your food-search history.
Foods you contributed to the shared food catalogue stay, because other people's logged days reference them — but they stop being linked to you. Private foods you made are deleted outright.
Encrypted infrastructure backups may hold a copy for up to 30 days before expiring on their own schedule. They are never used to restore a deleted account.
If you cannot reach the app
If you have lost access to your device or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account and say you want it deleted. It will be deleted within 30 days, and normally much sooner. Ask in the same message if you want your data sent to you first.
Deleting the app is not deleting the account
Uninstalling removes the app from your device and nothing else — the account and everything logged under it stay on the server until you delete them. Use the steps above.
