Avoidance is easy to ignore. Here it goes on the schedule.

Most trackers wait quietly to be opened. This one runs your day as a schedule: every meal has a window, and a window that closes empty is marked DELAY — not left blank, not quietly forgiven.

You don't skip logging because it's hard. You skip it because you forgot the app existed.

That is the whole design brief. Logging a meal already takes fifteen seconds — the failure is never the typing, it's the four hours that passed without the thought crossing your mind.

So the app keeps its own clock. Breakfast, lunch and dinner each get a window you set once. It reminds you inside that window, and keeps reminding you, at the escalation level you choose. When a required window closes with nothing in it, the day is marked as a delay and the streak is gone.

Snacks never count toward the streak, and today can't break it until today's own windows have actually passed. Being behind should be uncomfortable — being punished for a lunch you haven't eaten yet shouldn't.

What's inside

Detail deep enough to be worth opening.

Calories and a protein number are a rounding error on what your food actually contains. This tracks the rest — and is honest about what it doesn't know.

Portions people actually use

An egg is 1 large, not 100 g. Olive oil is a tablespoon. Every food carries its real household measures with exact gram weights, pulled from 14,618 USDA measurements — so you pick the serving you ate and the maths happens behind it.

Small · 38 g Medium · 44 g Large · 50 g Extra large · 56 g Jumbo · 63 g Grams

62 nutrients

Amino acids against WHO/FAO per-kilogram requirements, omega-3 and omega-6 fractions, every B vitamin, the full mineral panel. Not a marketing count — each one has a target and a verdict.

Missing is not zero

If a food never had its magnesium measured, that is recorded as unmeasured — never as zero. Shortfall verdicts are gated on how much of your day was actually measured, so the app says "not enough data" instead of quietly telling you that you're deficient.

Training, graded by EMG

79 exercises mapped to the muscles they actually load, weighted from surface EMG literature. A pull-up isn't filed as "lats" — it's lats at full weight plus forearms, mid-traps, rhomboids and rotator cuff at their measured shares.

A body map that cools down

An anatomical map that runs hot where you've trained recently and drifts to amber where you haven't. Neglect is the thing it's designed to make visible.

A projection that doesn't flatter you

Lean mass held constant, target pace as a percentage of current bodyweight, so the curve tapers the way real weight loss does. Once you have two weigh-ins it shows your actual rate beside the target — and a completion date that moves when you do.

Reminders that don't give up

Notifications at the times you actually eat, escalating if you ignore them, with quiet hours you control. Set to single, escalating, or genuinely relentless.

Built so an AI assistant can drive it

Every capability is a documented API call, not a button buried in a screen. Point Claude — or whatever you use next — at your account and it can log a meal, record a weigh-in or pull your status, without you re-explaining the app every session. The rules live in the database, so the app and the assistant can never disagree about your streak.

Get it

Two ways in.

The browser version is the whole app. The Android build adds the two things a browser can't do: notifications that actually reach you, and the barcode scanner.

Android will warn you about installing from an unknown source — that prompt is expected, and you allow it for your browser. Fine for your own phone, and it upgrades an existing install in place. It is not the key a Play Store submission would use; that comes later. Full install steps →
