Tap Download APK, then open the file when it finishes.

Android asks whether to allow installs from unknown apps. Allow it for your browser. That prompt is expected — it appears for anything not installed through the Play Store.

Open the app, sign in, and grant notifications. That last one matters more than it sounds: the reminders are the whole point.
Signed with a debug key
Fine for your own phone, and it upgrades an existing install in place without losing anything. It is not the key a Play Store submission would use — that comes later, and it will require a fresh install when it does.
Prefer not to install?
The browser version is the full app — logging, the whole nutrient breakdown, the body map, weigh-ins and the projection. Only push notifications and the camera need the Android build.
